2. Our Services
We provide carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning as agreed at the time of booking.
All services will be carried out with reasonable skill and care.
Any specific requirements or access instructions should be provided when booking.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or online.
Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking, based on the information provided.
Payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no cost.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to 50% of the service price.
If we cannot gain access to your property at the agreed time, this may also be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Our Guarantee
We aim for full customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will seek to resolve the issue.
Please note: some stains, odours, or wear cannot be completely removed. We will advise you before treatment if we believe results may be limited.
6. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
Provide safe access to the property.
Move fragile or valuable items before cleaning (we are not liable for damage to items not removed).
Ensure electricity and water are available.
Remove pets from the cleaning area during the service.
Keep children away from equipment and ensure they are under supervision at all times while our team is working.
7. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, colour fading, or wear that becomes visible after cleaning.
Our total liability is limited to the price of the service provided.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any rights you have under UK consumer law.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will respond promptly and aim to resolve any issue fairly.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be used in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
